Job title: Sports and Conditioning Specialist

Location: South Burlington, VT

Schedule: Full Time

Qualification:

  • Current certification by NSCA (CSCS), NASM (PES), CSCCa (SCCC/MSCC), or ISSA (SCC)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strength and conditioning

Duties:

  • Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs
  • Assess and monitor athletes' performance
  • Provide instruction on proper techniques and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with coaches and medical staff
  • Educate athletes on nutrition and recovery
  • Maintain training records
