Insight Global is aiding in staffing for three global non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve the backlog of nearly 75,000+ Refugee children that are in federal custody centers.
We're making placements for over 200+ openings covering a variety of positions located on-site across the United States – i.e. Directors, Case Managers, Clinicians, Family Support Specialists, Therapists, Teachers, Youth Specialists etc. to be the first to welcome unaccompanied refugees and immigrant children when arriving to the Office of Refugee Resettlement. This team will provide advocacy, counseling, education, needs assessment, trauma support, transportation, and translation services among other duties as the children make their way through the Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URM) and/or Unaccompanied Children (UC) programs.
Positions require valid Driver's License, Proof of Auto Insurance, and willingness to travel up to 2.5 hours for certain caseloads (if needed) to be considered

CURRENT OPENINGS:
Director - $55k to $85k
Requirements: MSW or Master’s level degree in Social Services, or equivalent field of study and/or Bachelor's level degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field, LISW certified (preferred, not required), and at least three to five (3-5) years' experience overseeing a program in the field of social services.

Clinician/Therapist - $72k to $80k
Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science, LMSW or equivalent (preferred, not required), and at least two (2) years' experience working with immigrant or marginalized communities.

Family Support Specialist - $45k to $60k
Requirements: MSW or Master’s level degree in Social Services, or equivalent field of study and/or Bachelor's level degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field, and two to five (2-5) years' experience working with children and families.

Case Manager - $45k to $64k
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral/Social Sciences and at least two (2) years' experience in child welfare or case management.
