About The Role

The role will assist in growing our social platforms and other general duties. This position typically works traditional hours, but occasionally may need to work over to successfully meet customers’ needs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Research competitor social media accounts and compare account performance
  • Provides support with the creation of social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Assists in creating performance reports
  • Support in other duties/projects as required by the Director


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Major in Marketing, or a related field
  • Completion of marketing coursework preferred
  • 3.0+ GPA preferred

Work is performed mostly in a back-office warehouse setting; hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office and logistics equipment. The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. PPE required while in manufacturing areas. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
