JOB SUMMARY:

The Fall 2024 Social Marketing Intern will join the marketing team to support them with a variety of projects and campaigns. This intern will assist with social media development, reporting, and trend research supporting Four Loko & Mamitas. This role will be a vital member of the team supporting the upkeep and strategy of Four Loko’s loyalty program & e-commerce program. This intern will dive into digital marketing metrics, learn how to collect and visualize campaign data and recapping, and more. The person in this role will report to the Digital Marketing Director, but will collaborate daily with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sr. Social Media Manager. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation that you are present in-office 2 days per week during the Fall 2024 season.


Please note: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the internship to be eligible.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ideate and create content across all Social Channels.
  • Four Loko Loyalty – be the primary admin on our program platform supporting the approval process for new members, content, reward redemptions, and more
  • Merchandising – assist with production, fulfilment, webstore maintenance and manage customer outreach
  • Develop recaps for marketing initiatives aimed at providing a snapshot of the teams efforts, impact and key insights from partner programs.
  • Social insights – support the social team in understanding key growth metrics
  • Social upkeep – assist the team with inbound communications
  • Influencer coordination – support the team in sending PR / merch packages from the office
  • Ability to create content on social media platforms aligned with brand voices/brand vibes/target consumer.
  • Ability to stay on task while working remotely and keep consistent communication.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities to prioritize work and meet deadlines.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, currently enrolled in four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Computer skills and extreme familiarity with all social media platforms/ analytics tools required.
  • Proficiency in Power Point & Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A knack for data analysis and organization
  • Understanding of social trends driving culture
  • Ability to distinguish our brand voices and types of content that correlate.
  • Be outspoken and disruptive, in following Phusion Projects’ DNA.
  • Creativity and a sense of humor are a MUST.
  • Be a self-starter, adaptable to a quick and fast paced environment.
  • Professionalism in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure.
  • Ability to foster teamwork toward a common objective.
