The Shift Lead at Ezell's is responsible for delivering Our Brand Promise to every guest in an environment that embodies our culture.

They will work within a management team to support the restaurant, develop team members to their highest potential and “help build the team to grow our brand”. The Shift lead will also assist the management team in achieving daily goals including sales, food quality and cost controls.
Shift lead Responsibilities:
Provide World-Class product quality
Be a role model when serving guests
Maintain the restaurant and environment
Provide strong leadership
Train, supervise and coach staff
Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Ordering supplies
Problem solving
Execute daily systems to achieve company standards
Shift lead Qualifications:
1+ years in a leadership position
3+ years in the hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Dependable and reliable
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
