Job Description

Norseman Services is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support programs for complex mission-critical programs. This candidate will have the opportunity to work with technical leaders in cyber, networking, computer science, and data analytics to develop the next generation technology platforms supporting Norseman customers. Individuals in this role are responsible for managing system and software architecture to design and implement sophisticated products and solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will lead and apply best practices around ServiceNow core architecture and collaborate with team members to implement solutions for our Government customers.

Job Description

Manage and support the full systems life-cycle from business requirement identification to translation into technical solution components, driving delivery to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all technical aspects of building a product/solution on the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute on Agile engagements, utilizing the ServiceNow Agile 2.0 methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Define technical and design approaches, participate on daily scrums, and advise technical/functional resources on development and configuration activities
• Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Project Manager
• Own the technical quality of projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee development/deployment/release planning efforts
• Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define user requirements.
• Support presales opportunities by providing technical demonstrations, technical scoping work estimates, and proposal/SOW reviews.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working in an agile development environment implementing ServiceNow solutions. Emphasis on, ITAM (SAM, HAM), CSM, FSM, FSO modules
• Experience designing and implementing 3rd party integrations with the NOW platform
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s CSDM
• Familiarity/experience with NIST/Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Desired certifications include:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• Proven experience can be substituted for certification

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field and a minimum of 5 years related experience.

Will consider three additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree)

• 3+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design

Clearance Level

Minimum Secret/Public Trust clearance required
