Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Advisor at our Grove City, PA location. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, managing customer inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, and coordinating vehicle service and repairs. You will communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth service experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
Customer-focused service, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in aftersales or service advisory roles
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organization
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
