Overview: Join our team at L’Ermitage's exciting new restaurant, where we blend exceptional service with a unique dining experience. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused restaurant servers to deliver memorable experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring excellent knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations when requested.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to hotel service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies at all times.
Maintain and execute 5-star Forbes and 5 Diamonds AAA standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a server in a restaurant, preferably within a hotel or upscale dining environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, as well as familiarity with wine, beer, and cocktail offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
