Company Overview

Our company is a rapidly expanding data analytics and enterprise planning firm dedicated to tackling intricate business challenges. We specialize in providing data-led transformation solutions through data analytics and enterprise performance management services, partnering with leading market players and cutting-edge technology products. Currently, we are looking for a results-driven Senior VP to oversee our international sales department and spearhead revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and guide a high-performing sales team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to the team to foster growth and development.

Sales Strategy And Operations

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Implement innovative sales initiatives and programs to maximize results.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency.

Financial Management

  • Own profit and loss responsibility for the international sales division.
  • Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.

Market Expertise

  • Stay informed on industry trends in digital media measurement and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position solutions effectively in the market.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide insights to clients.

Client Relations And Business Development

  • Expand business within the existing client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Establish and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly in enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.

Location Requirement:

This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work on-site in either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. Salary plus commission offered.
