Join our team as a Senior Transaction Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing real estate transactions for a diverse portfolio of properties. This remote position offers flexibility and is ideal for candidates located in the NY Metro, Eastern, and Central time zones.
As part of the Brokerage function, you'll facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of various commercial properties, catering to the unique needs of our valued clients.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement intricate transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Collaborate with clients to create real estate plans aligned with their strategic objectives.
Oversee lease renewals, site acquisitions, and surplus space disposition efforts.
Act as a trusted advisor for high-profile clients, representing them as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent.
Negotiate business terms and conditions for a wide array of commercial real estate products.
Ensure seamless coordination among internal and external teams to achieve integration between service lines.
Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and operational plans to drive functional goals.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience and education will also be considered.
Valid Real Estate License.
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Advanced mathematical abilities, including proficiency in calculating percentages, fractions, and financial metrics.

Compensation
The salary range for the Senior Transaction Manager position is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $200,000 annually.
