In this critical hire, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Overseeing the successful execution of major civil projects, including highways, bridges, dams, and tunnels $100m+.
• Leading diverse and skilled teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
• Implementing innovative solutions to navigate complex logistics and overcome unforeseen challenges.
• Ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintaining open communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and public agencies.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget, exceeding expectations and building a legacy of excellence.

To be successful, you will possess:

• 15-20 years of experience in leading large-scale heavy civil construction projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the New York construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
