Senior Quality Assurance Manager

mroads is looking for a "Senior Quality Assurance Manager" for one of the direct clients in Bethesda, MA.

NOTE: They need to travel to Bethesda, MD for 3 to 4 days once a month. Prefer to have someone from Bethesda, MD or a nearby location

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting API, digital testing, and frontend testing to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Performing regression testing to identify any unexpected changes in the software.
• Creating a structured quality assurance process to streamline testing procedures.
• Overseeing day-to-day quality assurance activities to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
• Managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate testing services.
• Providing detailed reports on quality assurance metrics to senior directors to support decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Quality Assurance Manager position should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in API, digital, and frontend testing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify software defects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing vendors and external testing resources.
• Ability to provide clear and concise reports to senior management.
