Cheers to Pride Month! To celebrate, Coco Pride, our employee led culture & belonging LGBTQ+ community capped off June with a company-wide celebration. But pride doesn’t end in June at Vita Coco! We're honored to team up with Coffee Project New York, a local queer-owned chain supporting equity and community for all. We're excited for the “Summer Night,” a carefully crafted specialty coffee—all proceeds from this drink will be matched and donated to support the Trevor Project 🏳️🌈💙

We are honored to support the annual Juneteenth March 5k--a walk/run/roll located in New York City's Seneca Village in Central Park. Despite the scorching heat, we kept spirits high and hydrated with some refreshing Vita Coco Coconut Juice 🌴🥥 and PWR LIFT 💙

Moms are our superheroes, which is why this Mother’s Day we wanted to support them by teaming up with our friends at &Mother.   &Mother is dedicated to breaking the barriers that limit a woman’s choice to pursue and thrive in both career and motherhood.    We're excited to help fund their work with a $10,000 community grant, empowering their ongoing advocacy for mom-athletes and caregivers worldwide. At Vita Coco, we believe in impactful collaboration, driven by sustainability and purpose. From seedling to sip, our work centers on uplifting communities through partnerships to drive positive change. While we’re always looking ahead to new ways we can make the world a better place through our business, it’s important to reflect on the strides we’ve made along the way. That’s why when our annual impact report comes out, we get excited to look back on our year in impact and share it with all of you. And it’s that time of the year! May we present to you, our 2023 year in impact: lots of seedlings planted, farmers trained in regenerative agriculture practices, carbon offset from online shipping orders, classrooms built, community members positively impacted, food waste diverted, and more. Oh yeah, and we established our own 501(c)(3) foundation too. Read all about it here!

Drum roll please… it’s an announcement day! The Vita Coco Company is excited to share the launch of The Vita Coco Community Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. But what is it, and why are we doing it? The Vita Coco Community Foundation is focused on addressing social, economic, and environmental factors that affect the health of all of our communities in which we operate, from farmers to our consumers. Forming this foundation is our way of expanding on our existing work with the Vita Coco Project and Seedlings for Sustainability, ultimately solidifying our commitment to give back to the coconut communities that support us. Led by Vita Coco’s Social Impact and Sustainability Program Director John Tran, the Foundation’s first Executive Director, this nonprofit will be focusing on three key areas: fostering education and entrepreneurship, creating access to physical activity and healthy food, and building environments for communities to prosper and thrive. We’re pretty hyped about this one, and hope you are too. Stay tuned for more as we kick things off!
