Working alongside some of the most gifted artists from the RuneScape community, we aim to capture the game's legendary charm and translate it into tangible pieces that fill our customers' space with nostalgia for years to come.


Founded in 2023 by gaming talent management agency, Crusader Talent, and legendary YouTuber, 'Crumb', we are rapidly diversifying our product portfolio by introducing new product categories and developing physical merchandise for new gaming titles.


About the role

You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire project journey, from concept to customer. This role involves crafting product plans that align with business goals, and leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products that exceed customers' expectations. You will work alongside the marketing team to brand and promote products directly to consumers, manage financial performance including pricing and budgeting, and utilize customer feedback to refine and optimize product offerings. This position reports to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).


Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term product strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and consumer needs;
  • Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning;
  • Oversee product development process from concept to launch. This includes managing growing design and manufacturing teams to ensure new products meet desired specifications and quality standards;
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to drive online traffic, convert visitors into customers, and increase online sales. This includes SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, and targeted advertising;
  • Monitor customer feedback and product performance post-launch to iterate and make improvements. This involves analyzing usage data, customer reviews, and direct feedback to refine products;
  • Manage the product research and development budgets and implement pricing strategies to balance affordability with financial stability;
  • Oversee inventory management by defining safety stocks, reorder points, and obsolescence;
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global manufacturing partners across the full product portfolio


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, or a related area within consumer goods or e-commerce sectors with a demonstrated history managing cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred, but not required;
  • Proficient with Notion, G-Suite products, and advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel;
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
  • Deep understanding of Shopify and e-commerce;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast inventory needs, and understand financial metrics;
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Well-versed in gaming culture and the creator economy

The annual salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 (USD), depending on experience and geographic location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses.
