Summary: CRG’s well-known manufacturer is searching for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team! This role is responsible for directing daily activities of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts. This role will play a key part in directing productions activities, and mentoring productions superintendents and supervisors to achieve goals for production, cost, quality, and safety.
Location: Mesquite, Texas
Opportunity: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct daily activities of Operations Managers and Supervisors on multiple shifts.
Direct productions activities for various work centers and processes on multiple shifts.
Lead and mentor productions leadership staff to achieve overall performance goals for production, cost, quality, and safety.
Coordinate productions activities through planning with departmental Supervisors, Schedulers, HR Managers, and Quality Systems Trainers to ensure that distribution objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective fashion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
7-10 years of distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
Supervisory/Management experience required.
Powered Industrial Vehicle license required.
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system improvement methods experience required.
