Knowledge of SQL server internals.
Knowledge of SQL partitioning.
Hands-on experience in mirroring, replication, and Always ON.
Must have automation experience. Good knowledge of scripting.
Ability to write scripts in T-SQL, PowerShell, or Python. Knowledge of SSIS packages.
Hands-on experience in SQL Server Clustering.
Hands-on experience in Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services.
Experience:
5+ years experience working in IT services organization.
At least 5+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support, and project work.
At least 4+ years of exposure in an L3/SME support role.
Knowledge and Understanding of the ITIL process.
In a client-facing position (s) for at least 3 years.
On-call support for at least 3 years.
Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013, Confluence.
Skills:
Knowledge of AWS Cloud services like RDS, S3, Redshift, etc.
MySQL/PostgresSQL knowledge/experience.
Linux Knowledge.
Experience with Azure.
Experience with SnowFlake.
Experience in PowerBI.
Certifications Desired:
MS certifications on MSSQL latest versions or AWS/Azure.
