About The Role
As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing medium-sized programs within our Commercial Fire division. This position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Lead medium-sized programs to ensure they adhere to plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as needed to achieve success.
Manage key suppliers and develop comprehensive program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Consolidate and present progress reports and strategic plans to stakeholders.
Support the business's annual strategic planning efforts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Identify and resolve program issues effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
Travel domestically and internationally (25-50%) as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain OR Graduate Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on teamwork and achieving results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience with Microsoft ERP systems, Power BI, or similar tools.
Proven ability to navigate complex challenges in an ambiguous environment.
