Senior Manager of Finance and Analytics

The Senior Manager of Finance and Analytics at VIVA Railings will play a pivotal role in inventory accounting and advanced FP&A responsibilities, including Budgeting, Cash Forecasting, and Financial Analysis. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will collaborate closely with the leadership team and other key employees in our dynamic, growth-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End and Quarter-End Duties: Execute hands-on tasks such as account reconciliations, inventory count, and adjustment testing.
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team to prepare financial reports for Board of Directors review.
• Cash Management: Oversee all Cash and Cash-related accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain banking relationships.
• Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with departmental managers.
• Cash Forecasting: Maintain monthly and quarterly cash forecasts.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis of key accounts and quarterly inventory counts.
• Audit Support: Assist in interim and annual audits, coordinating with third-party CPA firms on audit items.
• Special Projects: Undertake progressive duties and special projects, such as system implementation, as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6+) years of Accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field, with sufficient Accounting hours.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in a small to mid-sized company environment is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Prior experience in corporate finance duties, including Cash Forecasting, Budgeting, and Analysis.
• Hands-on, start-to-finish approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
