Senior Land Planner - Production Homebuilder
We are seeking a Senior Land Planner to join our dynamic team at a leading production homebuilder in the Cincinnati metro area. In this role, you will play a key role in the planning and development of residential communities, ensuring all projects meet quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop land use plans that align with company objectives
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for potential development sites
- Oversee the entitlement process, including securing necessary permits and approvals
- Manage external consultants and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Stay current on zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land planning for production homebuilders
- Strong knowledge of land development processes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other planning software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
