Bumble Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Creative Marketing Manager. This role will bridge the gap between the user acquisition team and our internal/external creative services. This position helps shape the creative direction for UA using data, creative testing, and channel-specific insights. The right candidate will have a firm grasp of how creative teams operate, in-depth knowledge of ad placements across the mobile ad landscape, and an understanding of how to run and analyze UA campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create A/B testing plans for UA/Brand creative and implement creative tests across various ad platforms
  • Own the conversations with individual ad partners as it relates to creative strategy, testing, best practices, and creative insights, making production recommendations based on findings
  • Run and manage creative meetings, informing various creative services stakeholders on creative tests and overall creative performance. Offer commentary and insights about what creatives are doing well, why, and what trends and themes are appearing with competitor ads
  • Offer guidance on UA creative strategy using channel and placement expertise, ensuring final output meets the needs of the UA teamEnsure the UA team rolls new creatives into live campaigns, informing channel owners of priority based on insights gleaned from creative reporting
  • Set guidelines for asset management, overseeing the process for asset naming and tagging to allow for comprehensive creative reporting within company-used SaaS tools
  • Attend meetings internally, with vendors, and with external creative partners
  • Support creative brief development for internal and external creative services and participate in creative brainstorms
  • Ensure creative production, UA team members, and creative services are kept up to date on general UA creative methodologies
  • Create decks for creative meetings and other UA creative initiatives

About You

  • 4-6+ years of experience in media buying and/or ad creative strategy for direct-to-consumer products
  • You are a data-driven marketer who understands and can optimize against direct response advertising metrics
  • You're adept at managing multiple projects and delivering finished projects on time
  • You have familiarity with major ad networks and their respective reporting dashboards
  • You're able to tell a story with data, combining Excel and PowerPoint/Google Sheet skills to create compelling visual presentations and insightful reports
  • You're comfortable working remotely with multi-national teams across different time zones
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills

$115 - $144 a year

Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $144,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
