What You'll Do
As a Senior Financial Turnaround Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth financial analysis and evaluation to identify key issues affecting client companies.
Developing innovative strategies to optimize cash flow and enhance business processes.
Collaborating with client management teams to implement effective solutions.
Crafting clear and compelling presentations to stakeholders, including management and lenders.
Building strong client relationships and managing projects with excellence.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in lending/workouts or turnaround situations. You should have a solid understanding of financial and operational analysis, with the ability to interpret data effectively. Ideal candidates will possess:
Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling and budget analysis.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Previous experience in consulting or turnaround management is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required. Additional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CTP, CFA, CFE, or CIRA are advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new software programs.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to travel up to 80%-100% of the time and work flexible hours as needed.
