We are accelerating our growth and are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Sales to lead and optimize our sales organization. Job Purpose: The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategy for the organization, leading the sales team, driving growth, and achieving sales targets. This role involves setting sales strategy in line with overall company strategy, optimizing sales channels, and implementing a metrics-driven approach to sales management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, including one senior sales representative, a marketing manager, and four junior sales members.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics for the team and individual members.
  • Optimize and manage the CRM system to enhance sales processes and data accuracy.
  • Drive new business development and expand channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to the executive team.


Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software sales or within a high-velocity sales environment. Your proven track record of setting, monitoring and achieving sales targets, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills, will be key to your success.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in software sales or high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot a plus) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Inbound and outbound sales experience.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of SOC audits and cyber security compliance preferred, though not required.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus
