    Feeling grateful for another successful Builder Appreciation Week! Nation-wide, our divisions showed gratitude to our builder partners, and focused on our Giving Every Moment (GEM) Project, a company-wide volunteer and service program. To highlight the importance of social responsibility and the charitable aspect of the initiative, each division was encouraged to organize a volunteer event in their local community with New Home Star providing financial support to charities and non-profit organizations in honor of its builder partners.     In 2023, influencer marketing grew by 23%, and there are no signs of slowing down. 🚀 Influencer-generated content receives an average of 8x more engagement than branded content and consistently receives some of the highest ROI as the space experiences high growth. The stats are just crazy:  → 74% of people admit that they trust the opinions of friends, family, and influencers they read on social media.  → 92% of consumers proclaim that they trust the recommendations of people they follow on social media more than they trust commercial messages from companies.  → 49% of consumers claim to depend upon influencer recommendations in their purchasing.  → 40% of millennials believe that their favorite online influencer understands them better than their friends.  → 82% of people said they were highly likely to act upon the recommendation of an influencer.  → In the U.S., 34% of Instagram users, 25% of Facebook users, and 29% of X users claim that they bought something because an influencer recommended it.
