Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations

I am partnered with a large biotech company looking for a strategic thinker to develop and establish strategic initiatives for the US business unit. You will work closely with senior leadership to prioritize and implement key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps
• Coordinates with leaders across multiple business functions to ensure all processes are efficient and streamlined
• Conduct due diligence assessments for potential business development opportunities
• Collaborates with senior leadership to prepare for business reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize the strategic planning cycle
• Lead and assess the new product commercialization pipeline
• Manage all late-stage pipeline products and initiate preparation for launch readiness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Masters/MBA preferred
• 12+ years of leading large programs
• Pharmaceutical commercial experience
• Go-to-market and product launch strategy experience
• Previous strategic pharmaceutical consulting experience preferred
