The Senior Director of Account is one of the key leaders for the in-house creative agency within PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA). This role acts as the primary point of contact and strategic thought partner for our Brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Bubly and many more.
Responsibilities
Lead the Account team, setting team vision, priorities and project resourcing
Lead all in-house agency work, ensuring projects meet or exceed creative expectations and are delivered on time and on budget
Act as lead contact for all PBNA Brand teams
Improve overall creative quality and effectiveness for in-house creative work
Help elevate creative capabilities within PBNA, including informal coaching and formal training
Help lead creative innovation, evolving how Brands bring their stories to life, keeping pace with changing media and consumer behaviors
Lead the in-house agency’s budget
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
10-15+ years of marketing experience, ideally leading large accounts within an agency
Strong Strategic Understanding of Brand Communications
Strong Creative Sensibilities and Ability to Manage Creative executions to achieve high impact results
Proficient understanding of how all social media platforms work - including emerging platforms
Proven expertise in creative Agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
Strong leadership & story-telling skills including ability to present to Senior management, Customers and Agency partners
Must be able to work between Purchase HQ & NY Design Center Hudson Street offices
