Job Title: Senior Director Customer Success.

Job Type:

  • Full-time Salary Exempt position.
  • Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.


Shift Requirements: You can set your own hours. Monday through Friday, as early as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as late as 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

Job Description:

Become part of our dynamic, enthusiastic Leadership Team transitioning AutoScheduler.AI from a successful Startup to a rapidly expanding Growth company.

Build and lead the team who delivers AutoScheduler.AI solutions to our customers.

  • Deliver our advanced warehouse planning platform, across industry sectors, with a focus on Retail, Food & Beverage and CPG industries
  • Drive technology-enabled, performance-improvement initiatives leveraging our advanced Warehouse Orchestration
  • Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and employee user experiences using tools built off advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Execute across disciplines - analytics, technology, process, people and op model design – to create holistic solutions.
  • Work independently and as a team member to ensure successful project delivery.

Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term trusting relationships quickly at all levels.

Refine delivery methods to improve delivery efficiency and customer success.

Manage ongoing customer support for our SaaS solutions

While this role does not involve software development, the role requires technical acumen and a willingness to learn and master technical concepts related AutoScheduler.AI platforms to enable productive interaction with our CTO and Development team.

Deliver exceptional customer outcomes, by resolving service issues, and helping customers adopt product features which deliver value to their business.

This role is central to AutoScheduler.AI’s goals of maintaining all clients as reference clients, maximizing client adoption, delivering progress towards client strategic goals, and identifying new revenue opportunities for AutoScheduler.AI.

  • Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
  • Executive engagement and communications skills in customer-facing roles to establish senior-level trusted relationships with customer organizations.
  • Ability to create and convey customer objectives, success strategies, and to deliver insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, etc.), agile development and change management. WMS experience is critical.
  • Program and Project management experience coordinating multiple, simultaneous customer engagements and prioritizing multiple complex issues.
  • 8+ years Warehouse/Supply Chain related technology experience.
  • Industrial Engineering training and mindset.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of these areas: Supply Chain Analytics, Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain Planning.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Ability to travel approximate 30% based on client and company needs.
  • Ability to build internal executive relationships and influence other functional areas
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Ability to interact with and influence all levels, from individual contributors (i.e. System Administrators) to leaders (ex. Executive Sponsors)
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal-oriented and team-centric.
  • Demonstrated organizational and operational skills that allow you to manage and support customers at scale.


Work Environment & Other Information:

Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
