**Brand New Exciting Executive Director (CRO) opportunity Remote US**
I've just off the phone with my client who will be looking for an experienced Executive Director/Sr Director to come on in the coming month or two as they bring on 2 new studies . They specialise within Oncology Neurodegenerative space.
Looking for an ambitious driven individual who enjoys this environment and can drive this internally and working well with the Sponsor.
This CRO is planning to bring on 4 new studies this year so it is an exciting time ahead in this CRO. Looking to grow to around 80-90 throughout the course of 2024.
CRO experience, especially in a small CRO is preferred.
Experience required:
- 5+ Years Senior Director/Executive Director experience
- Experience in oversight of the entirety of the CRO
- Sr Director/Exec experience in CRO Small CRO Required
- Creating training and metrics for CRO CRAs
- Ability to build out teams, having built out teams in the past
