Summary:

The Senior Designer will play a crucial role in producing visually compelling content for our CRM campaigns, social media marketing programs, and web presence. This position will collaborate closely with our marketing and communications teams to create engaging designs that resonate with our audience and reflect our commitment to excellence and serving our clinicians in healthcare staffing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a knack for innovative design, and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.


Essential Functions:

  • Translate marketing goals and brand strategies into creative concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop high quality, impactful creative for CRM campaigns, social media marketing, and web.
  • Design engaging and brand-consistent layouts for emails, landing pages, social media posts, banners, and other digital materials.
  • Produce badges, reels, and video components for social media marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to deliver creative solutions, ensuring cohesive visual and written messaging.
  • Partner with other content creation, UI/UX, and product design team to ensure cohesive visual and written messaging.
  • Lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to manager print and digital production.
  • Maintain and uphold FlexCare's brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
  • Partner with digital experience teams in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms, focusing on usability and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular reviews and improvements of visual content to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Perform quality checks and gather stakeholder feedback on all design outputs, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to specifications.
  • Track and analyze the performance of visual content across various platforms, using data insights to inform future design decisions.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to test different design approaches and optimize for better results.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and reuse.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, especially in the healthcare sector.
  • Adhere to best practices in digital accessibility and inclusive designs.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Expert knowledge of video authoring tools for social media marketing (CapCut, etc). Adobe Premier experience is desired.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of work across different formats.
  • Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and ensure accessibility and usability.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to generate fresh, innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Experience maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all visual content.
  • Ability to create and manage brand assets and templates. Canva experience is required.
  • Ability to analyze the performance of design projects and use data to inform future design decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing visual content for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of mid-size to corporate-level content creation experience and sales campaign development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, web-based databases, and internet savvy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom) preferred or familiarity with other similar design platforms.
  • Proficiency in template creation and management in Canva
  • Drupal experience is a plus.


Supervisory Responsibility:

This role will have no supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Salary Range:

$105,300 - $152,700 - DOE
