Two senior engineers ideally with 6+ yrs exp as component engineer.
Take on components that have been developed to the point where they have fixtures, preliminary test methods, drawings, and tooling drawings. Need the engineer to drive these components to completion.
Supplier process qualifications experience is needed - Oqs and PQs.
Supplier qualification background is needed where they are able to review protocols and reports.
Able to revise fixtures needed, MSAs , Change management system (issue and revise documents).
Test validation background
Strong communication skills are needed as they will be attending many supplier meetings.
Exp with SAP is a plus.
Med device exp is required.
Good organizational skills.
Education And Experience
Minimum bachelor's needed with 6 plus years of experience as a Component Engineer. Med device exp is needed.
Master's degree with at least 4 plus years of experience as a Component Engineer
Support inspections and address questions of the technicians.
Top 3 Skills
Exp with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and MicroVu Equipment.
Test method validation exp
MSA (Measurement System Analysis); Gage R & R.
