    Excited to announce a new opportunity for an Operator/Instructor with an estimated assignment duration of 17 months. This role involves splitting time between the office (20%), the unit (<10%), and the simulator (70%). Key responsibilities include simulator instruction and operation, along with a strong understanding of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs such as SAT and ADDIE. Ideal candidates will have former instructor experience or qualifications, or a former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience. PWR Operations experience is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, with experience in Vision software considered an additional advantage.
