Redapt is looking for a Sr. Client Director (Azure) to help drive future growth across MS Azure and professional services. We deliver solutions that help customers transform and accelerate business outcomes through advanced analytics, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. Using your business acumen and passion for Cloud, you will help organizations enhance their growth, across infrastructure, applications and data solutions.
Responsibilities:
Drive opportunities and grow the Cloud Professional Services business in the US, as Azure Cloud Professional Services, Cloud Resell and Managed Services seller
Demonstrate an understanding of MS Azure Cloud offerings and the business problems they solve
Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with internal practice & delivery teams as to meet client requirement, and serve as the primary customer contact for all opportunities
Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our services offerings
Meet the services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience to customers and prospects
Ability to build & nurture relationships and deliver results
How to Qualify:
You bring 10+ years of sales experience in technology (infrastructure, ISV, cloud, or consulting) and you hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
You have 5+ years experience in selling professional services and/or managed services in the technology industry, ideally focused on MS Azure Solutions to enterprise customers.
Experience selling Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) is preferred.
Strong track record of selling data, infrastructure or application development solutions on MS Azure products and solutions
Established track record of selling large-scale projects data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers on Azure
IT background with solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects.
Strong track record of selling data, infrastructure or application development solutions on MS Azure products and solutions
Ability, confidence, and experience to communicate with C level clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Travel required:
Travel typically up to 25% or more a month
Compensation:
The salary for this full-time position in the US is an On Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $250,000+ annually, including base + uncapped commission potential + incentives + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.
