Senior Business Systems Analyst
Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a direct hire Senior Business Systems Analyst role. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate has experience working in the insurance, medical malpractice, or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting and analytics.
Prepare detailed specifications and wireframes for engineers.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, help resolve issues, and track future enhancements.
Perform work with minimal supervision.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data sources, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Define system scope and objectives to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a related field
6+ years of experience including in BI tools such as Power BI
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Sound understanding of full project life cycle and SDLC
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and SQL queries.
Strong system analysis and technical skills
Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence is a plus
