Senior Business Analyst - Procore Software, Process Improvement
Duration: Contract to Hire (3-month contract duration to start)
Location: Boston, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Level Business Analyst with experience in the Construction industry and with Procore, a cloud based Contruction management software. The Senior BA will lead in the development of a BA processes. Must have strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workflow experience.
Requirements
8 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst
Construction industry experience is preferred - Procore Contruction Management software is ideal
Must lead & take charge of requirements gathering, process mapping and workflow experience
Must be ready to train and mentor the team as a Lead
Must assess the current state of where they are at and make recommendations for moving forward to the future state
Must build a BA process
Oracle and Procore both preferred
