Responsibilities:
Contribute as a trusted member of the engagement team, providing assurance services to a range of clients
Lead and oversee audit engagement activities
Perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements
Assess internal controls and recommend improvements
Participate in discussions with management regarding business recommendations
Grow through on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning programs
Network and build relationships internally and with clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CPA preferred or actively pursuing
Experience in financial statement auditing preferred
Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
