DOZ clients include multifamily housing, senior living facilities, independent living facilities, retail and commercial properties, and residential land developments. DOZ is extremely well versed in projects financed with HUD, RD, Tax Exempt Bonds, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Last week, we were thrilled to host 20 of the best and brightest students from universities in the tri-state area at Ascent -- DOZ's Annual Emerging Leaders Program. Over the course of the program, participants competed in strength-finding competitions, engaged in rapid-fire debates, and networked with partners and principals at DOZ. We finished the day with some fun and amazing conversations at Topgolf -- what a great experience!
