Senior Asset Management Consultant - Tucson

Our team is growing; we are currently recruiting for a Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our Asset Optimization Business line in the Tucson, Arizona office.

About The Role

• Successfully lead projects whilst maintaining excellent client relationships
• Design and implementation of Maintenance and reliability business processes and systems
• Development of Asset Management strategies and tactics
• Application of Reliability Engineering processes and principles
• Experience in Asset Lifecycle analysis is an advantage
• Provide consultancy services to the designated clients in line with skills and competencies outlined above
• Take on the responsibilities of Team Leader and/or Project Manager, supervising other consultants as and when required.
• Participate in maintenance audits as when required.
• Standard and timeliness of the provision of service to clients.
• Compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
• Deliver consulting services to our client’s sites. Flexibility to travel to the client site is required.
  
  

About You

• ExperienceinAssetManagementconsultingisamust
• Demonstratedabilitytobuildandleadteamstoachievedesiredoutcomes
• UnderstandingandworkingknowledgeofstandardssuchasISO5000orPAS55
• ProvenpriorexperienceasanAssetorReliabilityEngineer
• 10+yearsofexperienceinmanufacturing,mining,oil&gasorpulp&paperindustry,insitesrecognizedfortheirreliabilitybestpractices.
• Backgroundasplanner/scheduler,supervisor,reliabilityengineer,superintendentormanager inboth operationsand maintenance.
• Experience inbuildingassetmaintenancestrategiesusingRCM(ReliabilityCenteredMaintenance)principles.
• Ability to lead, plan, execute and review plant major shutdowns and to use Shutdown Gantt charts software
• Experience in facilitation of defect elimination programs, including: RCFA, FMECA and RCM methodologies
• Competencyinthedevelopmentandimplementationofkeyperformanceindicatorsrequired forthepropermanagementofourclient’sbusinesses
• Demonstrated competency intraining,coachingandauditing
• High level interpersonal skills together with effective communication skills.
• Well-developed written and oral skill
• Computer and MS-Office knowledge & skills
• Knowledge of a variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a must.
