Marka Works is an award-winning branding agency specializing in branding, packaging, web, and 3D design. We are seeking a creative and talented Senior Art Director to join our studio in Antalya.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team in developing innovative and impactful design concepts.
Ensure all creative projects run smoothly from inception to completion.
Understand client briefs and provide suitable creative solutions for projects.
Ensure design outputs meet brand standards in terms of quality and consistency.
Mentor and support team members in their development.
Keep up with industry trends and integrate new ideas into projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
