We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to manage one of our accounts in Dallas, TX.

As a Cluster Security Manager (CSM), you will lead a team of site security personnel, including supervisor and security and safety officers and is accountable for delivery of physical security related services at one or more assigned datacenters in a geographic area.

The CSM will also be:

• Responsible for the leadership development of the people that report to them, while also accountable for security operations delivery at these datacenters
• Partner with Security & Safety and Datacenter Operations senior leadership and management teams to help drive operational effectiveness, superior performance, and audit readiness. Will be empowered to make business decisions that affect your career as well as the Company’s bottom line.
• Responsible for preserving an environment where people and property are safe and well-protected, the CSM utilizes their professional experience to manage people with varying skillsets and develops effective strategies to drive improvement.

To be considered for the program, you will need to have the following experience and ability:

• 4 years of experience in the security industry
• 4 years of management experience
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience working in a datacenter environment
• Experience with Microsoft suites

Benefits

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $79k, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
