Security Operations Manager
Salary: $135,000/yr
Region: Sacramento, California
Travel: 85% based on client needs
Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Manager for their Commercial Security Client(s) in California.
JOB SUMMARY:
Job Summary: Focusing on developing client relationships to ensure the needs are met for customers. Partnering with local management to understand the dynamics of there day-to-day functions. Building relationships with support teams such as finance, HR, recruitment, project management to ensure the operational needs are prioritized. Reporting, Scheduling, Meetings, Clients Request, Officer Request, Post Orders, and Training are key components of the operations manager daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications at Entry:
- Be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
- The legal right to work in the United States
- Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license or state-issued I.D.
- An active state-issued guard card
- Successfully pass the client’s pre-employment screening process (Drug Test, Health Screen, Criminal Background Check, Personality Inventory Assessment)
- Ability to properly wear an N95 mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines while on-site.
- Complete healthcare competency assessment and training on defusing assaultive behaviors
Required Education
- HS Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- California Bureau of Security and Investigative Service (BSIS) Guard Card

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and employ strong reasoning skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated comfort level with internal systems or demonstrated ability to learn new systems
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must present as approachable, open, professional, and positive
- Must be willing to travel on short notice and during non-standard working hours
Threat Management
- Lead and support threat management investigations
- Mitigate potential threats through collaboration with key stakeholders and the Threat Management Team
Minimum Qualifications at Entry:
- Be 18 years of age and possess an Associate's Degree
- Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
- The legal right to work in the United States
- Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license or state-issued I.D.
- An active state-issued guard card preferred
- Successfully pass the client’s pre-employment screening process (Drug Test, Health Screen, Criminal
- Background Check)
- Ability to properly wear an N95 mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines while onsite
- Complete healthcare competency assessment and training on defusing assaultive behaviors
