Security Manager

Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Information Security Analyst for a client in Southern NH. Seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team, providing comprehensive support for a diverse range of information security and information technology functions across our companies. In this role, you will lead a small InfoSec team to ensure secure operations of the company's technology infrastructure and facilitate the implementation of new systems and services.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and implementing information security strategies and plans.
• Leading the InfoSec team to ensure secure operations of the company's technology infrastructure.
• Facilitating the implementation of new systems and services.
• Conducting regular security assessments and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Including SOC2, ISO27001:2022, GDPR, Etc.
• Collaborating with IT and Engineering teams to develop and implement secure software deployments and updates.
• Developing and enforcing security procedures and controls across the global network.
• Developing, implementing, and supporting ongoing security, network, and other initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements for the position include:

• Extensive knowledge in computer systems, security systems, cloud services, and network architecture.
• Relevant experience in information security, systems management, and familiarity with on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Passion for continuous improvement in technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with key individuals.
• Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong understanding of security practices regarding on-prem, cloud, software development, DevOps, and SecOps.
