Telespeech Therapy has been providing remote speech services to school children all ages since 2015.
We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated and passionate about the field of speech therapy and the impact it makes on lives.
About The Role
Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the 2024-2025 school year.

What You'll Do
These are school-based caseloads, including Pre-K through Junior High students
Contract is based on August - June school year schedule
Some case management for speech-only students may be required; also responsible for coordinating and organizing annual and triennial IEPs and completing related paperwork
Caseload will also contain non-case management students, will need to participate in IEPs and provide therapy for these students
A full caseload in CA is considered up to 55 students. A lower case load may be available depending upon the number of working hours desired.
Must be available for direct therapy, IEPs, and assessments during CA school hours; indirect hours are flexible
Hours worked above contracted amount require prior approval
Must create and follow a set weekly therapy schedule
All placements have a dedicated paraprofessional / telehelper on site
Digital resource subscriptions provided for W2 employees
Qualifications
CA SLP License or Credential (Required)
Experience with CA schools and familiarity with CA speech guidelines is preferred
Positions are available for 1099 or W-2 placement with medical, dental, and vision benefits available for full-time W-2 employees.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
55 - 65 USD per hour(Remote - United States)
