About The Role: The Sales Support position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations and customer experience within an organization. They provide valuable assistance to sales representatives and help in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Sales assistants perform a range of administrative, customer service, and sales-related tasks to facilitate efficient sales processes.

The successful candidate can live anywhere in the US, working remotely from home!

What Your Day Will Look Like

Customer Service

  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and promptly.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide product demonstrations or presentations to potential customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist sales team with sales and non-sales related tasks.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Assist in sales events, exhibitions, or trade shows. Attendance at occasional events may be required.

Communication and Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth sales process and operations.
  • Contribute to team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Product Knowledge and Self-Development
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, new features, and offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, or seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare and/or dental fields a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using sales-related software and computer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
