THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will be in charge of supporting the Sales execution of North America in order to help achieving Revenue objectives, support long-term sustainable Growth, increase Win Ratio and enforce Sales processes according to Ivalua standard & best practices.
This role located in Pittsburgh is reporting to the VP Global Sales Operations and will support North America Sales VP and her team.

The salary range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, salary may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Base range maximum: $131,250

Skills And Experience
- BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred,
- Sales Operations Manager in a SaaS Enterprise B2B organization,
- Appetite to work collaboratively with sellers and sales leaders,
- Ability to drive both business strategy and sales execution,
- Executive communication and ability to work with Leadership teams,
- Results-oriented, data driven, analytical, business insights,
- Programmatic in the way to drive sales execution & measure impact,
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide business advices using data & transforming them into insights.

- Additional compensation / rewards: In addition to the base salary information above, Ivalua offers an uncapped commission plan as part of the competitive compensation package.
