About the Role:
In this role you will analyze sales and marketplace data, create reports and dashboards for business insights, contribute to the sales strategy, help map and document a unified sales process, and collaborate across teams. It requires an understanding of the healthcare industry and 5+ years of sales operations experience.
The Details:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Creating reports and dashboards to gain insights into the health of the business
Contributing to designing the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle and managing updates as directed by sales leadership to the ongoing process. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, etc.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to analyze and streamline the reporting of service line metrics and results
Identifying areas for improvement and managing training on the sales & marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare, etc. to enhance overall sales operational efficiency
Working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting within Salesforce
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into sales performance
Analyzing sales data to identify trends
Creating and managing a sales playbook that outlines expected Salesforce documentation and follow up. Providing training and support to sales teams on the sales process from prospecting, initial meeting to close, and Salesforce CRM best practices, ensuring maximum utilization of the CRM and data capture
Implementing and enforcing data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data within Salesforce

Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in sales operations/strategy roles
