Key Responsibilities
Development for new and tenured Sales Leadership
Collaborate with team leaders and other coaches to identify areas of opportunity
Share themes for development with Executive Leadership
Contribute to Insight's growth and potential in the most profitable business unit
What You'll Need To Succeed
3-5 years of proven leadership coach success to professionals, background in sales or technology experience is preferred.
Experience delivering training and coaching solutions in professional environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team and effectively communicate between all levels within the organization.
Remote role, minimal travel (4x per year) required
