Sales Commissions Analyst

Talascend is currently seeking a Sales Commission Analysts for a REMOTE contract to possible direct hire opportunity with our client. US based candidates only please.

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting with all aspects of sales commissions. In this role, you will be a liaison between the finance team and the sales team implementing, educating, and supporting on all aspects of sales commissions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with management regarding sales compensation, support, and administration.
  • Understands commissions schedules and loads appropriate Sales Compensation plans into the Xactly Incent Commission Software.
  • Responsible for administering the Sales Compensation Plan for APAC through Xactly eDOCS.
  • Understands the Xactly Incent Commission software and utilizes it to provide Commissions and Analytics to management.
  • Responsible for APAC Sales New Hires, Termination and Transfers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years or work related experience; at least 2 years with sales compensation.
  • Working understanding of Xactly Incent Commission Software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of data entry processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
