REPORTS TO : Senior Director of Merchandising OBJECTIVE: This role’s main function is to manage the RTW merchandising and buying divisions for the Pistola and Daze brands. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily sales functions throughout the company in conjunction with the merchandising team Develop comprehensive assortment strategies for the RTW Pistola and Daze divisions Prepare and present seasonal open to buy hindsight to Senior Director of Merchandising and Sales Directors Maintain an understanding of the competitive and impart key insights into the seasonal development Partner with Senior Director of Merchandising and Sales Director to identify key growth categories Uphold pricing strategy based on internal financial goals Maintain the division of brand identity for Pistola and Daze while being innovative Work with Designers to make sure all deadlines are met and requests are actioned Manage all SMU projects for majors and Ecomm teams Manage all seasonal development alongside PD and Design by making sure SKU counts and requests are being met On a weekly basis, update the internal terms on SKU development and update to the assortment Workshop with Designers and initiate plans before any proto meetings Work with cross-functional teams to identify milestone launch dates for sales and production buy dates Manage visual and style information assets for all major accounts, international and domestic showrooms Work with the PD team on managing sample distribution each season Work with the sales team and Merchandising Assistant to send sample requests to major showrooms Partner with Design Teams each season to make sure all image assets are accurate for line sheets, Joor and NuOrder Manage data accuracy within the internal reporting system Partner with the e-commerce team to assist with seasonal launches and supply the teams with product information QUALIFICATIONS
