Lifeworks is seeking a Resource Navigator to serve as a partner to individuals and families seeking services.
The primary responsibilities of the Resource Navigator include being the first point of contact for those seeking services via Lifeworks’ One Door. They are responsible for responding to all inquiries and qualified leads, coordinating the intake process, scheduling initial meetings and tours, managing the waitlist, and building positive relationships. They will partner with individuals and families to explore options when initially seeking services.
The Resource Navigator is also responsible for working with the Lead Navigator to ensure resources are provided to all qualified individuals.

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time
Provide exemplary customer service to all persons entering Lifeworks’ One Door.
Ensure equitable and inclusive treatment of all persons accessing Lifeworks via the One Door.
Respond to inquiries about services within the assigned service level agreement.
Explain programmatic rules and requirements to clients, family members and case managers.
Fully represent all of Lifeworks service offerings when navigating inquiries.
Schedule initial navigation sessions for clients with Lead Navigators.
Complete follow-up surveying to ensure services meet the needs of new clients.
Schedule tours if requested by clients and applicable per program.
Ensure coordination of the intake process and partner with the Lead Navigator, Team Manager, or Service Coordinator as applicable.
Oversee, update, and maintain the waitlist for all Lifeworks services.
Act as a liaison between the client and the Lead Program Navigator.
Enter and maintain accurate and comprehensive referral documentation within software systems.
Keep up to date with knowledge regarding program information, capacity, funding, and regulations.
Represent Lifeworks at events, conferences, and community partner locations to strengthen community partner relationships and promote external resources and internal program development, as directed.
Collaborate effectively with all key stakeholders.

Requirements
High school diploma required; minimum of one-year customer service and/or human service program related experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Bi/Multi-lingual preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment background study; a physical and drug screen
