Requirements
You own this if you have…
At least 5 years in leadership experience as a General Manager at a luxury hotel/resort environment.
Demonstrated facilitation of organizational change management, particularly in a long-standing, traditional resort or property
Experience with Renovation/Project Management Oversight preferred.
Immersion in the following resort divisions highly desirable: Food & Beverage, Front Desk and/or Rooms, Golf/Club, Spa
