About The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced person to join our Research and Guidance (R&G) team to deliver 5-Star work on time, 100% of the time, ‘as if by magic’ to meet the growth ambitions of System1.

What will you be doing?
Support Strategic Global & Regional accounts out of the US with a focus on Comms, Innovation and Brand specialisms.
Managing research projects from commission to debrief, interfacing directly with the sales teams and with the client, to deliver research projects.
You will be responsible for independently preparing various research reports, writing up and adding actionable guidance for clients
Presenting research findings to the client
You need to be this kind of person:
An appreciation for behavioural science, a passion for market research and an avid interest in the world of advertising
Performance focused and data-oriented decision maker
Meticulous, process driven and enjoy problem solving and analysing issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business
Organized, proactive who enjoys using your initiative with a positive can-do attitude
Ability to be a self-starter but also be a collaborative team player
You are focused on the customer and can work with them to solve their problems
You are supportive of and able to work in an ever-changing environment.
You pride yourself in developing others and inspiring them to high performance.
You need to have the following experience:
4+ years of experience in the market research industry where you have gained experience in research, consulting, marketing, or advertising – ad testing and tracking experience would also be great!
You should have proven experience leading projects, have a good understanding of performance metrics and be an excellent and confident communicator.
